Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours is required prior to canceling and/or rescheudeling an appointment.
No Shows:
Failure to miss an appointment will result in a “NO SHOW.” If a client is considered a “NO SHOW” the client will then be charged 50% of their service.
Late Arrivals:
Please note, clients have a 15 minute grace period. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, their appointment will be canceled and they will be marked as a “NO SHOW.”
